Added a new Jazz ukulele section to the ukulele pages.

Surf Guitar section

Add new Guitar page for instrumental guitar, especially "surf guitar". Instrumental guitar was the sound that drew me to the guitar. I especially loved Al Cailo's Tuff Guitar.
